Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic).
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Delivery time estimates begin after the order has shipped and may vary by carrier and location.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/dimensions, and chosen service.
  • Promotions that include free shipping will be applied as stated in the offer terms.

Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order ships.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor delivery status. If tracking shows no updates for multiple days, contact support.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect items upon delivery. Report visible damage to the carrier and the store within 7 days.
  • If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, provide order details and photos of packaging/item. Eligible claims will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Verify your shipping address at checkout. Requests to change an address after an order is placed may not be possible once the order is in transit.
  • If delivery fails and the carrier returns the package, additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is backordered or unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to wait, select an alternative, or receive a refund.

Holiday & Peak-Season Delays

  • Shipping may take longer during peak seasons and holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery.
