How to Return
Email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason. We will reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items
If your monitor arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with photos and we will send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

After 30 Days
We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.
