No-Return / Limited Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, all foam cushion pillows are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or is defective, contact the store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Verified damaged or defective items will be eligible for a replacement or full refund at the store’s discretion.
  • Replacements/refunds apply only to the original purchaser and to items confirmed as damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or soiled pillows are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Change-of-mind, sizing, or comfort preference requests are not eligible.

Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the store authorizes and arranges otherwise for approved damage/defect claims.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

How to File a Claim

  • Provide your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wait for confirmation and further instructions from the store.

The store reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet these requirements. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
